Job summary

Greenbrook Medical is hiring its first dedicated data person to build and harden our data platform, expand the metric library, and enable operators to monitor performance. This role owns end-to-end data workflows from the analytics layer to dashboards, partnering with engineering and the pop health team.

You’ll own production systems as they come in-house, ensure uptime and data integrity, and collaborate closely with business teams to define meaningful metrics and reports that drive decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience owning production data systems and uptime.
• Fluency in dbt and Python.

Responsibilities

• Own the Analytics Layer: build dbt models and business logic; use Google Cloud to iterate on logic and transformation.
• Take ownership of production systems: ensure uptime, monitor ingestion and fix issues within SLAs.
• Partner across the business: build dashboards and sit in operating meetings to see data used in decisions.
