Job summary

Greenbrook Medical is recruiting a Data and Analytics Engineer to build and harden our data platform, expanding our metric library so operators can monitor performance across levers. You will own end-to-end delivery from data platform to dashboards and work closely with engineering and the population health team.

Location preference is New York City with hybrid work; exceptional remote candidates are welcome.

Qualifications

• Fluency in dbt and Python.
• Hands-on experience with health care datasets and interoperability frameworks including claims, eligibility, EHR data.
• Solid grasp of business fundamentals to partner with managers on metrics.
• Experience owning production systems and responding to issues.

Responsibilities

• Own the Analytics Layer: dbt models and business logic; work within Google Cloud to iterate on logic.
• Take ownership of production systems and ensure uptime and integrity.
• Build dashboards to support organizational decision-making.
• Partner with engineering and business teams to resolve issues and define metrics.
