Saarthee LLC seeks an experienced Senior Manager to lead a growing team of data analytics experts. You will advise on high-impact, data-driven decisions across product, sales, and marketing, and manage client engagements from definition to delivery.

You will mentor analysts, present executive-level business cases, and drive analytics programs with cross-functional teams spanning Operations, Account Management, and Technology. Strong leadership and hands-on analytics skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Applications, Computer Science, Engineering, or closely related field.
• MBA is an added plus.
• 8+ years of analytics delivery and management consulting experience with ETL, BI, Data Quality, Data Analytics; minimum 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong executive-level client-facing skills and ability to communicate complex analytics to non-technical executives.
• Experience ramping up analytics programs with new clients and coordinating with other teams.
• Expertise in context-appropriate modeling, analysis, and reporting techniques with marketing analytics.
• Solid understanding of data warehouses/data-marts and dimensional models.
• Proficiency in SQL, and data analytics tools like Python, Knime, Tableau.
• Willingness to take hands-on execution when needed and manage deadlines under pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong business acumen.

Responsabilités

• Serve as primary client contact on all phases of the analytic project from problem definition through presentation.
• Explore opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell existing clients.
• Manage multiple resources and projects concurrently to ensure successful completion of analytic projects.
• Evangelize the value of analytics services internally and with clients.
• Deliver executive-level business case presentations that generate new business from analysis.
• Lead client engagement independently with a global team, creating toolkits and ensuring client success.
• Provide accurate work estimates and oversee delivery against budget.
• Ensure organization design and team are in place to deliver plans.
• Ensure strong operational processes across all areas of responsibility.
• Integrate work with Operations, Account Teams, and Technology.
• Mentor team members in modeling, reporting, and campaign management.
• Create an environment for analytics professionals to grow through increased responsibility.
