Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and technically adept Analytics Lead with 5+ years of experience to join our growing team of data analytics experts. This role is designed for individuals who excel at tackling complex technical challenges in data and analytics projects while also possessing excellent communication and interpersonal skills. As a client-facing role, you will be expected to work independently as well as lead teams and manage client engagements effectively.

As the Data & Analytics Lead at Saarthee, US, you will be responsible for leading crucial analysis across multiple functions and addressing a wide range of complex problems. The ideal candidate will be analytical, detail-oriented, and a strong collaborator, capable of driving data-driven decisions and delivering high-quality insights.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Independently manage client engagements with global team support, driving content creation for new opportunities and ensuring client success.
• Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities to integrate analytics into their organizations.
• Utilize project management tools like Microsoft Project to conduct regular client update meetings, manage stakeholders, analyze risks, and track execution and success metrics.
• Proactively identify potential issues and drive solutions to ensure seamless project execution and continuous improvement.
• Lead by example in analytics delivery, guiding the team in data synthesis, modeling, and deriving actionable insights and recommendations to meet client business KPIs.
• Assist with ramp-up activities, including selecting and evaluating analysts, allocating projects, and aligning plans with current and future projects.
• Liaise closely with internal teams, providing regular updates on project delivery, quality, timelines, and risk management.
• Design and define the architecture for analytics and reporting platforms, recommending database software, ETL tools, analytics tools, and visualization tools.
• Offer consultation on implementing analytics-driven business strategies, including advanced statistical and machine learning solutions.
• Lead and mentor a team of consultants, fostering the development of new capabilities through learning, development, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
