Job summary

Saarthee is seeking an Analytics Consultant to partner with clients, turning complex business questions into clear, data-driven answers. You will own analytics engagements end to end—from scoping and data preparation to dashboards and executive-ready insights.

This role spans sourcing data, building visualisations, and delivering actionable recommendations. You will work with data engineers, data scientists, and strategy consultants to create measurable impact across industries.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of analytics, data consulting, or BI experience, client-facing preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or analytical field; advanced degree a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to translate objectives into structured analytical approaches.
• Source, clean, and analyze data from multiple systems to uncover trends and opportunities.
• Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports (Tableau, Power BI).
• Apply statistical methods to test hypotheses and quantify impact.
• Translate analysis into clear narratives and presentations for technical and executive audiences.
• Own delivery of analytics workstreams end to end, managing scope and timelines.
• Define and track KPIs that connect analytics to client goals.
• Mentor junior analysts and ensure accuracy and documentation.
