Job summary

EY is seeking a Government and Public Sector AI & Data Data Analytics Senior Consultant in McLean to guide data analytics, BI, and low-code solutions for federal/state/local clients. The role blends strategy and execution with Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse, delivering dashboards and mission-critical applications.

Ideal candidates will have 3–5+ years in data analytics or BI, a bachelor’s degree, and be eligible for a Secret Clearance.

Qualifications

• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance.
• Bachelor's degree required and DoD context preferred.
• 3-5+ years of experience in data analytics, BI, or digital transformation.
• In-person work should be anticipated.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and deploy Power BI dashboards and executive visuals.
• Transform datasets into actionable information products for leadership.
• Develop KPI frameworks, data dictionaries, and reporting solutions.
• Collaborate with government stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Deliver integrated data analytics, dashboards, and mission-support applications.
