Job summary

EY is seeking a Government & Public Sector – AI & Data Senior to deliver data, application, and automation solutions for U.S. government clients.

You will own features from requirements through release, collaborating with EY teams and client stakeholders to ensure reliable, scalable data platforms and dashboards. The role emphasizes building Power Platform solutions, SQL data pipelines, and BI reporting with Power BI or Tableau, while maintaining code quality and security standards.

Qualifications

• Must have a bachelor’s degree and 3–5+ years of related professional experience
• Experience with SQL and relational database concepts, including queries, data structures, integrations, performance, and data quality
• Experience developing or maintaining Microsoft Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps and Power Automate
• Experience with Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, or a comparable BI platform
• Ability to independently own features or defined technical workstreams and deliver end-to-end

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, enhance, and support data platforms, databases, applications, codebases, integrations, analytics products, and business-process automations
• Own defined features or technical workstreams and coordinate their delivery from requirements through development, testing, release, and ongoing support
• Translate functional, operational, and technical requirements into solution components, development tasks, acceptance criteria, and testable outcomes
• Develop and maintain Microsoft Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and related integrations
• Develop and enhance dashboards, reports, semantic models, and analytics products using Power BI, Tableau, or comparable technologies
• Design, develop, and support data-ingestion, extraction, transformation, loading, validation, and integration processes
• Write and optimize SQL queries, scripts, stored procedures, data transformations, and other database components
• Maintain and enhance existing applications, scripts, APIs, scheduled processes, workflow automations, and reusable code components
