Job summary

Eagle Hill Consulting, LLC in the Washington, DC area is seeking Senior Associates to support U.S. Customs and Border Protection client projects.

You will visualize data for executives using Power BI, integrate data from multiple sources, and develop KPIs and related reports. Responsibilities include documenting current and future processes, conducting stakeholder interviews, and contributing to client solutions and implementation plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years performing project-based work with ownership of workstreams/deliverables for client solutions
• Minimum of two years of experience with Power BI or similar visualization tools
• Demonstrated ability to independently own and advance workstreams or major deliverables
• Strong relationship-building skills with clients or stakeholders
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience managing time across multiple priorities
• Ability to work autonomously and in collaboration with a team
• Proven ability to take initiative on projects
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and able to use virtual collaboration tools (Microsoft Teams)
• Technical aptitude; ability to learn new platforms
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Ability to obtain and retain a CBP Background Investigation (BI)
• Active CBP BI or have held one within the last two years
• Strategic communications experience
• Prior management consulting experience for Federal clients

Responsibilities

• Using Power BI or similar tools to visualize data for executive-level audiences and decision-making
• Enabling the integration and analysis of data from multiple sources
• Developing metrics and KPIs for strategic initiatives and related reports
• Collecting and documenting current and future-state client processes
• Supporting the development of other client solutions and implementation plans
• Developing and conducting stakeholder interviews
• Developing high quality communications, such as presentations, newsletters, and memos
• Drafting documentation for client and internal work products
• Supporting other data gathering and analysis to identify gaps and recommendations
• Facilitating the client’s task management processes
