Job summary

PNC is seeking a Senior Business Analytics Consultant within the Customer Data Forensics organization. The role is based in Pittsburgh, PA, Cleveland, OH, or Tyson’s Corner, VA, working with Enterprise Customer Data stakeholders to translate business needs into data requirements and compliant solutions.

The position emphasizes requirements analysis, system design collaboration, data governance, and UAT delivery, with a focus on enterprise data quality and regulatory alignment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant/direct industry experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Certifications are often desired.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand objectives and pain points.
• Elicit, analyze, validate, and document data requirements (functional and non-functional).
• Translate business needs into BRD/FRD, user stories, use cases, data mappings.
• Ensure requirements align with data governance and regulatory expectations.
• Collaborate with solution architects and developers to support system design and options.
• Support system integrations and data flows across applications.
• Develop and execute user acceptance testing (UAT) plans and support defect triage.
• Communicate status, risks, and issues clearly to stakeholders and leadership.
• Maintain high quality documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
