Job summary

PNC is seeking a Senior Business Analytics Consultant within its Consumer Data Solutions Analytics organization. The role supports data-driven decision-making across multiple business units, including reporting design, data quality validation, and advanced analytics using SQL and Python.

Based in the Tysons Corner area with other U.S. locations, this in-office position emphasizes stakeholder collaboration and cross-functional work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related analytical discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, BI, or related field.
• Advanced SQL skills with complex queries, joins, data manipulation, wrangling and validation.
• Strong Python programming for data analysis, transformation, and automation.
• Experience developing dashboards and visualizations using Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Leverage analytical tools to provide business and technical expertise for data-driven decision-making.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand strategies, objectives, challenges, and reporting needs.
• Design, develop, and implement analytical solutions addressing business requirements.
• Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI and other BI tools.
• Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for senior leadership.
