Job summary

Integer seeks a data analytics professional to drive the design, deployment, and governance of BI solutions across the enterprise. You will partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into robust data models, dashboards, and reports using OAC/Power BI.

The role emphasizes self-service analytics, data quality, and scalable ingestion into a Data Lake, with collaboration across architects, analysts, developers, and QA teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or business administration.
• 5 years hands-on experience in analysis, planning, designing, configuring, testing, deploying, and administering BI/Data Analytics solutions.
• Experience with relational databases and flat file processing concepts.
• Microsoft Power BI experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders to drive alignment and ensure BI/Data Analytics solutions meet requirements.
• Enhance and maintain OAC platform stability.
• Work with Data & Analytics team on data ingestion strategies for the Data Lake (ETL, flat files).
• Develop and maintain data management standards including documentation of data sources, transformations and report specs.
• Evangelize self-service BI and visualization of data to a wide audience (OAC and Power BI).
• Support user creation and access management of the OAC reporting platform.
