The Neaman Center for Personalized Medicine seeks an experienced Data Analytics Analyst to support clinical, operational, and research initiatives across Endeavor Health's precision medicine program — a nine-hospital initiative that has supported genetic testing, for more than 50,000 patients, through a clinical population genetic screening program. Endeavor Health is a genomic learning health system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare analytics or BI.
• Strong SQL and experience with relational healthcare data.
• Experience with Epic Clarity and EHR data.
• Proficiency in Python, R, or SAS.
• Ability to translate complex clinical questions into analytics.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clinicians, researchers, and leaders to identify analytic needs.
• Develop and optimize SQL-based queries and analytic datasets.
• Create Python-based data pipelines to integrate clinical and genomic data.
• Design and maintain clinical measures, dashboards, and reports.
• Develop data definitions and analytic logic with stakeholder validation.
• Communicate data limitations and analytic findings clearly to audiences.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure reproducible analyses and documentation.
