Job summary

Endeavor Health seeks an experienced Data Analytics Analyst II to support clinical, operational, and research initiatives within a nine-hospital precision medicine program. You will translate questions into rigorous analytics, leveraging Epic Clarity and enterprise data to build datasets, measures, and dashboards.

You will collaborate with clinicians, researchers, and leaders, develop data pipelines in Python, and ensure data quality while communicating limitations clearly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (CS, data science, statistics, math, health informatics, etc.).
• 5+ years of healthcare analytics or related experience.
• Strong SQL proficiency; experience with clinical data (Epic/Clarity preferred).
• Proficiency in Python, R, SAS, or equivalent for analytics/data engineering.
• Ability to translate complex questions into rigorous analytic approaches.
• Strong communication of analytic concepts to clinical and nontechnical audiences.
• Experience collaborating with clinicians, researchers, or healthcare stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Identify analytic needs with clinicians and operational leaders and translate into measurable outcomes.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries and analytic datasets from Epic Clarity and data warehouses.
• Build Python-based data pipelines and workflows for clinical/genomic data integration.
• Design clinical measures, dashboards, and reports to monitor program operations and outcomes.
• Develop analytic definitions and patient-identification algorithms for clinical populations.
