Job summary

Endeavor Health seeks a Data Analytics Analyst II to support clinical, operational, and research initiatives across its precision medicine program. You will translate clinical and business questions into rigorous analytics, work with Epic Clarity and EDW data, and develop datasets, measures, and dashboards.

Role requires strong SQL and data analysis skills, plus ability to collaborate with clinicians, researchers, and leaders. This is a hybrid, full-time position in Illinois.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years in healthcare analytics or related fields.
• Strong SQL skills with relational data.
• Experience with EHR data, preferably Epic/Clarity.
• Experience with Python, R, SAS, or similar.
• Ability to translate complex questions into defined analytic approaches.
• Excellent communication of technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clinicians and researchers to identify analytic needs and define outcomes.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize SQL queries and analytic datasets.
• Build Python-based data pipelines and analytics workflows.
• Create clinical measures, dashboards, and reports to monitor program operations.
• Define analytic populations and data definitions; validate results.
