Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare analytics or related field.
• Strong SQL and healthcare data proficiency.
• Experience with EHR data (Epic/Clarity) and programming languages (Python, R, SAS).
• Ability to translate complex questions into defined analytic approaches.
• Ability to communicate with clinical and nontechnical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clinicians and stakeholders to identify analytic needs and translate questions into outcomes.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize SQL queries and analytic datasets from Epic Clarity and EDW.
• Develop Python-based data pipelines to integrate diverse clinical and genomic data.
• Design and maintain clinical measures, dashboards, and reports for program operations and outcomes.
• Develop analytic definitions and patient-identification algorithms for clinical populations.
