Job summary

CenterWell Pharmacy, a Humana company, is building a Workforce Planning function and seeking two Senior Data Analysts to shape data architecture or BI tooling. You will turn multi-source data into actionable planning inputs, partner across functions, and build self-service data products for decision makers.

The roles offer remote work and 40-hour weeks, with pay range disclosed and opportunity for bonus based on performance. Remote requirements and travel may apply as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of analytics, data engineering, BI, or forecasting experience.
• Advanced SQL skills: write, tune, and debug complex queries on large datasets.
• Experience turning data into a decision for business partners.
• Ability to explain technical results to non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative, technical, or business discipline.

Responsibilities

• Turn messy, multi-source operational data into planning inputs for the business.
• Partner with operations, finance, and leaders to understand what they need to decide.
• Build tooling and data products for planners and leaders to answer questions.
• Bring rigor to measuring forecast accuracy, capacity use, and cost per prescription.
