Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in analytics, data engineering, BI, or forecasting.
• Advanced SQL skills for large datasets.
• Experience turning data into decisions used by a business partner.
• Ability to explain technical results to non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor's degree in quantitative/technical/business discipline.

Responsibilities

• Turn multi-source data into planning inputs the business can act on.
• Partner with operations, finance, and department leaders to understand what they need to decide.
• Build the tooling and data products for planners and leaders to answer their own questions.
• Bring rigor to measuring forecast accuracy, capacity use, cost per prescription, and the drivers underneath them.
