Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in analytics, data engineering, BI, or planning and forecasting.
• Advanced SQL skills to write, tune, and debug complex queries against large datasets.
• Experience turning data into decision-ready insights for business partners.
• Ability to explain technical results to non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative, technical, or business discipline.

Responsibilities

• Turn messy, multi-source operational data into planning inputs the business can act on.
• Partner with operations, finance, and leaders to identify decision needs.
• Build tooling and data products enabling planners to answer questions autonomously.
• Measure forecast accuracy, capacity use, cost per prescription, and underlying drivers.
