We are looking for an amazing Senior Analyst, Strategic Pricing to fill this role, which is based in our Doral office.
Here is a summary of what Princess is looking for in itsSenior Analyst, Strategic PricingIs this you? This incumbent will be responsible for program launch pricing which is a SOX related activity. Comprehensively understand how the development of future launch pricing fits within the context of competitive brands and their prices, current market trends, and our programs that are currently for sale. Day to day decision making requires a level of essential critical thinking and intellectual curiosity that will enable appropriate judgement when conducting independent approvals on other items that make up the price such as TFPE (Taxes Fees Port Expenses), NCF (non-commissionable fare), Promos, FX rates, etc. The ability to understand the big picture while critically paying attention to detail is a must. Challenges when pricing and implementation are not done correctly are delayed program launches or mis-priced voyages which may lead to revenue loss and inefficiency/redundancy in work across multiple teams to correct the mistake(s).

This position is considered Hybrid and follows the Company’s schedule of three days in the office per week (Tuesday – Thursday). However, beginning in 2027, employees in this position will be required to work on-site at our new headquarters in Miami, FL.
