We are looking for an experienced Senior Analyst, Strategic Pricing to join our team, based in Doral.

Role Overview: The Senior Analyst, Strategic Pricing, will be responsible for program launch pricing, a SOX-related activity. The role requires a comprehensive understanding of how future launch pricing fits within the competitive landscape, market trends, and current sale programs. Critical thinking and independent judgment are essential, especially when approving prices and related items such as TFPE, NCF, Promos, FX rates, etc. The role demands attention to detail while maintaining a big-picture perspective to avoid delays or mispricing that could impact revenue and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and recommend pricing strategies for cruise programs, considering market demand, competition, and revenue objectives.
  • Conduct ROI and market trend analyses to inform pricing and launch strategies.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, operations, and finance teams for successful program launches, including providing pricing data for reservation systems.
  • Monitor post-launch performance, analyze KPIs, and recommend improvements for revenue growth.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor pricing, and market dynamics to maintain competitiveness.
  • Address complex pricing challenges through market and consumer analysis.
  • Innovate pricing models to optimize profitability and customer satisfaction, navigating demand fluctuations and economic conditions.
  • Contribute to shaping the company's pricing strategy, impacting revenue and market share.
  • Lead cross-functional teams and mentor junior analysts, managing resources and budgets effectively.

Requirements:

  • Minimum four years of experience in analysis, revenue management, strategic planning, or related fields within travel, hospitality, or cruise industries.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with database tools like Power BI, Tableau; basic SQL preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with financial modeling and market research expertise.
  • Proven success in developing and executing pricing strategies.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence decision-making.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S.; sponsorship not available.

Work Environment: Hybrid model with three days in the office (Tue-Thu). From 2027, on-site at our Miami headquarters.
