Job summary

Target Group is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to drive data management and governance across client migrations. The role blends hands-on data analysis with leadership, helping stakeholders interpret findings and guide decisions throughout the lifecycle.

You’ll work with SQL, Python and Power BI to profile, reconcile and validate data, while collaborating with clients and teams to deliver reliable solutions and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Strong SQL experience analysing, profiling and reconciling data from multiple sources.
• Experience with Python to analyse data, automate processes and create data-quality controls.
• Experience with cloud data platforms and BI tooling, including data pipelines and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily Data Management activities, ensuring data integrity and risk management.
• Analyse complex data queries across portfolios and migrations; communicate findings to audience.
• Guide migration projects from requirements through go-live; coordinate with stakeholders.
• Onboard data quality checks: profiling, reconciliation and validation for clients.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams; contribute to workshops and bid responses.
• Improve data-quality tools, reporting and controls to reduce issues and risk.
• Develop automated solutions to reduce manual work and processing time.
