Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in data analytics, commercial analytics, financial analysis, market research, or related analytical role.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, PivotTables, XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, SUMIFS, VBA/Power Query).
• Experience with Python (Pandas) and cloud data warehouses (BigQuery/Snowflake/SQL Server).
• Experience with BI platforms (Power BI/Looker Studio/Tableau).
• Domain knowledge in chemicals/energy or related industries is desirable.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end reporting for the Book of Business (ACV, renewals, new business, win/loss).
• Build bottoms-up financial models, scenario analyses, and churn diagnostics.
• Create scalable dashboards and analytics for product, sales, and leadership teams.
• Perform data quality checks, governance, and validation across core metrics.
• Automate recurring reports using SQL, Python, Excel/VBA, and Power Query.
• Synthesize usage data into customer health scores for Sales and Account Management.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Product, and executives to guide business decisions.
