As a Senior Data Analyst, you will be a core member of the Analytics team, supporting assigned accounts. Your responsibilities include developing and maintaining SQL queries to drive operational efficiencies and business insights. This is a remote position with 25% travel. Applicants can reside anywhere within the Continental USA.

Responsibilities

• Build complex financial models to support strategic decision-making
• Create reports and dashboards to track KPIs reviewed by the C-Suite and executive team
• Transition reporting from Excel to Power BI
• Maintain VBA macros and SQL queries
• Support pharmacy staff by ensuring the integrity of clinical outcome data

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of work experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in finance, accounting, economics, computer science, or statistics
• Strong SQL, Excel, and VBA skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of Healthcare billing structures and RCM operations
• Experience with data wrangling and large datasets
• Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, Salesforce, Alteryx, or willingness to learn
