Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Data Analyst to perform basic analyses and ensure business conclusions are backed by data research. You will work within the Data Science & Analytics function to review data supporting improvements and predictive insights for business intelligence.

You will develop and maintain queries, dashboards, and data models, collaborating with an agile team to enhance processes and reporting. A bachelor’s degree in a related field and 1–4 years experience are typical requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field with 1–4 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with SQL, data visualization tools, ETL pipelines, and database management systems.
• Strong programming skills in Python for data analysis and evaluation tasks.

Responsibilities

• Use SQL and scripting languages to develop and maintain complex queries pulling data from multiple sources.
• Develop and maintain data dashboards and assets including scripts, tables, and workflows.
• Apply fundamental data structures and algorithms to solve problems.
• Define basic data requirements and gather information using statistical tests.
