Job summary

CBRE in Cheyenne, WY is seeking a Sr. Data Analyst to perform analyses that back recommendations with solid data research and business intelligence.

You’ll work across data aggregation, reporting, data pipelines, and ad-hoc analyses to reflect market trends and asset operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, MS Office proficiency, and the ability to present detailed data stories to multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience; combination of experience and education considered.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to understand solutions using technical experience to apply judgment and precedents.
• Understanding of procedures and standards to solve slightly complex problems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate data aggregation and curate complex reports using BI and reporting applications.
• Perform ad-hoc analyses of structured and unstructured data reflecting real estate markets and operations.
• Develop data structures and pipelines to organize, cleanse, and standardize information to generate insights.
• Define complex data requirements and gather information using judgment and statistical tests.
• Use programming and evaluation tools to plan models and extract insights.
• Identify opportunities to maximize data usage and apply modeling to improve performance.
• Develop ad-hoc reporting based on data review.
• Present a detailed ‘data story’ to multiple levels of the organization.
