Software Resources is seeking a Senior Data Analyst in New York City for a role focusing on reporting automation and data visualization. The position involves building Python-driven reporting pipelines, creating email-friendly visualizations, and ensuring data quality across automated processes.

The ideal candidate brings extensive scripting and SQL experience, strong communication skills, and end-to-end project delivery history.

Qualifications

5+ years of analytical experience.
5+ years of scripting experience (python/R/JavaScript) with automation focus.
3+ years using SQL and Looker (or equivalent) to develop or troubleshoot reports.
Data visualization experience using Looker/Tableau.
Experience with HTML/CSS for custom email reports and layouts.

Responsibilities

Respond to data requirements for subscriber reporting automation and email sends.
Build and extend reporting functionality in Python via GitHub-based development.
Create clean visualizations and email-friendly layouts.
Develop SQL queries to support business logic in reports.
Incorporate data and output quality testing into pipelines.
Develop knowledge of the underlying data infrastructure for reporting.
