POSITION OVERVIEW

Operating within the Pharmacy Analytics department and reporting to engineering leadership, this role solves complex business challenges by building robust automated reporting solutions and data architectures. The Senior Developer will drive data-driven strategies, optimize data pipelines, and enhance customer engagement through high-impact analytical tools and dashboards.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Independently design, build, and implement automated analytical and operational reports, self-service reporting suites, and Tableau dashboards.
• Implement robust SQL scripting and Python workflows to extract, transform, and load data from diverse sources while ensuring absolute data accuracy and integrity.
• Conduct thorough root-cause analysis (RCA), debugging, and end-to-end QA and test validation on all analytical deliverables, dashboards, and data extracts.
• Liaise and coordinate directly with the Pharmacy Analytics development team, cross-functional partners, and business stakeholders to demo products and ensure seamless execution.
• Review system requirements, create source-to-target mappings, and champion automation opportunities to continuously optimize recurring analysis and operational processes.
