Knights of Columbus is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join a growing team of data analytics professionals and a best-in-class Data Analytics Center of Excellence.

This role will be part of a diversified analytical team whose aim is to expand new and emerging data science and predictive methodologies, providing strategic market insights that enable data-driven decision-making for business units while staying aligned with brand strategy.

Qualifications

• BS/BA required; advanced degree preferred.
• 5–7 years of experience in data modeling, analysis, and understanding business and data requirements.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for collaboration with business and technical partners.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct statistical or mathematical modeling.

Responsibilities

• Enhance and develop predictive analytics, visualizations, and workflows to analyze complex business issues and drive operational growth.
• Identify and integrate valuable data sources, including external third-party data.
• Communicate insights via dashboards, reports, and visualizations for internal and external use.
• Collaborate with department managers, IT, IT Security, Data Warehouse, vendors, and contractors on data needs.
• Stay current on analytics trends and technologies to maintain competitive advantage.
• Foster a data analytics culture through training and events like data days for employees.
• Meet with stakeholders and communicate project issues and decisions transparently.
