The Knights of Columbus is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join its diversified analytics team in the United States. You will build and maintain analytics solutions, mentor junior analysts, and deliver data-driven insights to business units while aligning with brand strategy.

The role emphasizes collaboration with IT, data warehousing, and business stakeholders, with responsibilities for dashboards, data sources enrichment, and communicating insights through visualizations to drive enterprise

Qualifications

BS or BA required; Advanced degree in Business, Data, Statistics, or related field preferred.
5–7 years of experience in data modeling, analysis, and understanding of business/data requirements.
Experience with statistical or mathematical modeling and driving data-driven insights.
Strong verbal and written communication with both business and technical partners.

Responsabilités

Enhance existing analytics and develop new predictive analytics, visualizations, and workflows to address complex business issues.
Identify and enrich data sources within the organization and from external providers.
Communicate insights via dashboards, reports, and visuals for internal and external use.
Collaborate with department managers, IT, Data Warehouse, vendors, and contractors to meet data needs.
Stay current with analytics trends and introduce them for competitive advantage.
Promote data analytics culture through training and events like data days.
Engage stakeholders and communicate project status clearly.
