You will build clinical data models with dbt and SQL, develop central monitoring reports, and create automation pipelines to deliver analysis-ready data. Strong communication and collaboration across teams are essential in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant work experience in Life Sciences or Healthcare analytics.
• Strong SQL and scripting in R or Python.
• Experience with Looker BI for reporting.
• Background in oncology, cancer genomics, or clinical trials.
• Ability to translate disorganized data into actionable insights.
• Experience delivering client-ready outputs.
• Excellent communication and ability to work with diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop clinical data models using dbt and SQL.
• Develop reports for central monitoring, KPI metrics and visualization of study performance.
• Develop data automation pipelines for data delivery and analysis-ready datasets.
• Support integration across data marts and de-identification of PHI.
• Support best practices code maintenance, validation and documentation.
