• 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience.

Responsabilidades

• Organize platform data to support reporting on usage, adoption, capacity, and performance.
• Develop reporting and analytics to aid platform management and business decisions.
• Analyze data to identify usage patterns, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Partner with technology, analytics, and business teams to onboard and train users.
• Communicate performance, governance updates, and recommended changes to leadership.
• Ensure compliance with data governance, risk management, and controls.
