PNC Financial Services Group is seeking a Senior Data Analyst within the DNA ML Operations group. The role will be based in Pittsburgh, Strongsville, Dallas, or Birmingham, contributing to platform data management and analytics for enterprise insights.

Responsibilities include building reporting, analyzing usage trends, and collaborating with technology and business teams. Base salary ranges from $75,000 to $137,500 with incentive eligibility based on performance.

Qualificações

• Requires a university degree and experience in data analysis and platform reporting.
• Experience delivering analytics to support platform management and business decisions.
• Familiarity with data governance, modeling, and enterprise data platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and organize platform data to support reporting and analysis of usage, adoption, capacity, performance, and other key trends.
• Develop reporting and analytics to support platform management and business decision making.
• Analyze platform data to identify usage patterns, risks and opportunities for improvement
• Build and maintain partnerships across technology, analytics, and business teams, providing onboarding, training, and user support for enterprise analytics and data platforms
• Communicate platform performance, governance updates, process changes, status, and recommendations to leadership and other stakeholders.
• Promote compliance with data governance, risk management, and operational control requirements.
