Job summary

PNC is seeking a Senior Business Analyst Consultant within the Enterprise Testing Services group. Based in Pittsburgh, Birmingham, Cleveland, Gaithersburg, Houston, or PA with a focus on driving data-driven outcomes across enterprise initiatives.

The role partners between business stakeholders and technology teams, delivering insights, process improvements, and strategic guidance to support organizational goals and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• University degree with 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven approaches.
• Experience translating business needs into actionable technical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Leads analytics across multiple functions or business units using complex analytical tools.
• Consults with clients on tool implementation, monitoring, and BI solutions.
• Determines optimal analytic approaches and supports development, implementation and enhancements.
• Develops and optimizes analytical solutions for leadership to enable data-driven decisions.
• Communicates conclusions to a wide range of audiences including senior management.
