Job summary

CSM Technologies is seeking a Senior Business Data Analyst to lead enterprise data analysis initiatives within the Property & Casualty Insurance domain. The role requires coordination between Data Engineers, Actuaries, and business stakeholders to ensure accurate, consistent data aligned with business goals.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in data analysis, strong SQL/Snowflake skills, and experience documenting STTM and BRD artifacts, with solid ETL/ELT and SDLC knowledge.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of enterprise data analysis experience.
• Expertise in SQL and Snowflake.
• Experience creating STTM and BRD artifacts.
• Strong ETL/ELT and data transformation knowledge.
• Deep understanding of P&C insurance data.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination.
• Familiarity with SDLC and data delivery processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end data analysis including profiling, validation, and transformation.
• Develop and maintain STTM, BRD, and data analysis docs.
• Coordinate between data engineers and actuaries for planning and delivery.
• Collaborate on data consolidation and transformation logic using Snowflake.
• Write and optimize complex SQL for analytics and reporting.
• Apply P&C domain knowledge to ensure data aligns with business needs.
• Participate in SDLC activities from requirements to production readiness.
