  • Experience Required: 12-15 Years (8+ Years in Property & Casualty Insurance)

Must-Have Skills:

  • Insurance Expertise:
  • Strong experience in Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance
  • Strong knowledge of specialty insurance
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Snowflake, including data transformations, statistical analysis, and troubleshooting
  • Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, and ETL concepts
  • Knowledge of Data Warehouse, ELT, and ETL principles
  • Snowflake certification (preferred)
  • Design and build data extraction, transformation, and loading processes
  • Experience in writing custom data pipelines using ETL tools or Snowflake procedures
  • Data engineering with a focus on data analytics and reporting
  • Proven experience in team management, especially in onshore-offshore models
  • Educational Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
