Qualifications

• Experience working for an insurance company or broker performing FP&A-related work.
• Background in P&C insurance data analysis, insurance accounting, or FP&A.
• Clear understanding of insurance finance, including premiums, loss reserves, commissions, and FP&A.
• Experience handling financial data analysis and reporting.
• Ability to work independently with limited guidance and direction.
• Strong written and oral presentation skills, including the ability to explain and communicate financial differences clearly.
• Hands-on approach to completing analytical work.
