HTC Global Services is seeking a P&C Insurance Data Analyst / Financial Analysis SME to join our team in Indiana. The role blends insurance finance know-how with hands-on data analysis to drive FP&A insights and process improvements.

You’ll analyze premiums, loss reserves, commissions, and financial reconciliation, communicate findings clearly, and explore AI-enabled improvements, including offshore delivery options where appropriate.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial planning and analysis for insurance companies or brokers.
• Hands-on financial data analysis and reporting experience.
• Ability to work independently with limited guidance.
• Clear written and oral presentation skills to explain variances.
• Understanding of insurance finance including premiums, loss reserves, commissions.
• Experience with data platforms like Databricks or Snowflake (preferred).
