Great American Insurance Group seeks a data analytics enthusiast in the United States to join our P&C IT Services team. You will assist with data analysis and reporting using Snowflake, SQL, and visualization tools, collaborating with colleagues to define data requirements and deliver insights.

Qualifications

• Experience in data analytics or related field.
• Familiarity with Snowflake or SQL databases.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with data analysis and reporting using a combination of ServiceNow, UC4 and Snowflake
• Collaborate with team members to gather and understand data requirements
• Help support teams prioritize work focus based on data findings
• Document workflow processes and project progress
• Present findings and insights to stakeholders
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on data improvements and opportunities for change
• Lead our Change Advisory Board Meetings weekly (pCAB, dCAB)
