Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in data analytics, business intelligence, reporting, data management, information systems, statistics, or a related operational discipline.
Years of experience in relevant fields: Experience developing analytical solutions within a business environment.
Strong experience using SQL for data extraction, analysis, and reporting.
Experience with Power BI or similar business intelligence platforms to develop reports and dashboards.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and enhance operational reports, dashboards, and analytical solutions that support laboratory operations.
Translate business requirements into scalable reporting and data solutions that drive decision-making.
Analyze operational performance trends and deliver actionable insights to business stakeholders.
Design and implement automated reporting processes and workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
Support the adoption of AI-enabled tools, including Microsoft Copilot and intelligent automation technologies.
Partner with cross-functional teams across Central Labs, Specialty Labs, Quality, Clinical Logistics, and Biosciences to address business challenges.
