Job summary

Federal Home Loan Bank of Chicago seeks a Senior Data Analyst to transform mortgage and business data into actionable insights for the MPF program. You will analyze large datasets, develop dashboards, and deliver data-driven recommendations to leadership.

You will lead cross-functional collaboration with Risk, Finance, BI, Data Management, and Operations, build scalable analytics, and mentor junior analysts while maintaining data quality and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a data-related field and 4+ years of analytics experience.
• Experience analyzing mortgage performance, risk, and portfolios is strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to translate large datasets into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead portfolio monitoring and advanced analyses for mortgage data.
• Design dashboards and reporting to communicate insights to senior leaders.
• Collaborate across Risk, Finance, BI, and Data Management teams.
• Develop automated analytics workflows and ensure data quality.
