Job summary

Cadmus is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to support a financial commercial client. The role partners with BI, Analytics, and other domains to adopt and maximize the value of new data solutions. They will work as a technical liaison, supporting requirements gathering, solution adoption, and ongoing enablement.

The candidate will support delivery, requirements, and stakeholder training, with emphasis on regulatory data needs. Office attendance is required three days per week in Tysons/McLean, VA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of professional experience.
• Experience across the SDLC including requirements, design, testing, documentation, training, deployment, and operations.
• Solid knowledge of database concepts and principles.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and JIRA/Confluence.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Advanced experience with SQL and data tools.
• Experience with Python, Snowflake, and Informatica.
• Experience in Cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
• Mortgage/Financial data experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent client service and data analyses in a large enterprise environment.
• Spearhead consumer communications across SharePoint and Teams channels.
• Drive AI and prompt engineering initiatives.
• Decompose and migrate legacy reports/views to Tableau and Python.
• Support development teams to champion consumer use cases and needs.
