Job summary

Doma Technology is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to own and evolve Looker across Operations, Finance, and Data Science. You will connect Snowflake data sources to Looker, build dashboards and data models, and ensure data quality and governance to support real-time reporting and insights.

You will collaborate across teams, contribute to an agentic reporting layer with AI-enabled tools, and help shape data-driven decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years contributing to data analytics, BI, or data science projects.
• Professional experience using Looker — LookML, dashboard design, and data modeling.
• Ability to write complex SQL joins in your sleep.
• Professional experience writing code with proficiency in Python, Git, and similar tools.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to business partners across Operations, Finance, and senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own, build, and maintain Looker dashboards and data models used daily by Operations, Finance, and Data Science.
• Manage the connectivity between Snowflake and Looker end-to-end, including pipelines and data models.
• Oversee data quality and provenance across the reporting layer.
• Serve as the primary Looker contact company-wide, triaging requests and setting dashboard standards.
• Collaborate with teams to deliver rapid insights and support decision-making.
