Job summary

SocialRx is seeking a Technical Data Analyst to bridge data infrastructure, product, and stakeholders. You will build dashboards in Looker, write production SQL for Snowflake, and translate messy data into actionable insights for both internal teams and external platforms.

You’ll own key metrics, support research initiatives, and partner with Product, Engineering, and Care teams to drive data-informed decisions that improve engagement and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in data analytics or analytics engineering or similar role.
• Strong SQL proficiency with complex joins and window functions.
• Experience building dashboards in a modern BI tool (Looker preferred).
• Ability to translate business questions into structured analyses.
• Define and govern metrics/KPIs across stakeholder groups.
• Cross-functional liaison with non-technical audiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience collaborating with engineering on data pipelines and data quality.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports across internal BI stack and external platform.
• Own metrics definitions and contribute to research initiatives and outcomes.
• Deliver monthly/quarterly analyses and actionable recommendations to leadership.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Research, and Care teams to inform roadmaps and governance.
