Job summary

PatientPoint, LLC is seeking an experienced Senior Analytics Engineer to design, build, and own end-to-end data solutions for our Core products, spanning data ingestion, modeling, semantic layers, and final user experience.

This role partners with stakeholders to create governed, analytics-ready datasets, lead Looker dashboards and LookML models, and implement dbt and Snowflake pipelines that surface trusted metrics and actionable insights across provider sales, operations, and strategy.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a related data visualization or data engineering role.
• Proficiency in Looker and LookML, with experience using other BI platforms like Tableau or Power BI.
• Hands‑on experience building and maintaining analytics models using dbt and Snowflake.
• Advanced SQL knowledge, including writing complex queries and optimizing performance.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Experience working within Agile development methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Own the development, maintenance, and delivery of analytics-ready data platforms, driving data management best practices to deliver clean, standardized data assets using Snowflake, dbt, and Looker.
• Partner with stakeholders to surface key provider sales, operational, and business performance metrics, trends, and insights.
• Design, build, and test certified datasets in dbt and Snowflake, including ingestion, transformation, and modeling of data from internal and external systems.
• Oversee the design and development of Looker dashboards, Explores, and semantic models supporting provider sales, commercial analytics, and operations.
• Design analytics models and metrics for provider sales performance, including pipeline, revenue, customer engagement, and KPIs.
• Champion data governance, quality, documentation standards, and consistent metric definitions across data models and reporting tools.
