The role requires 3–5 years in SQL/BigQuery, substantial Looker experience, and strong communication skills to influence leadership and drive performance improvements.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of querying, transforming, and analyzing large operational datasets using SQL and cloud platforms like Google Cloud Platform / BigQuery.
• 3–5 years of hands-on Looker development, including LookML authoring, Explore configuration, and dashboard design.
• Proficiency with AI tools such as Claude for development acceleration, data validation, and workflow automation.

Responsibilities

• Own governance, automation, and integrity of Store Operations data.
• Lead requirements gathering for Looker projects and document needs with stakeholder sign‑off.
• Maintain and improve the Looker reporting suite, applying AI-assisted workflows for continuous improvement.
