Job summary

Doma seeks a Senior Data Analyst to own and evolve Looker, the BI platform our Operations teams rely on for real-time reporting and SLAs. You will be the primary Looker contact company-wide, connecting Snowflake with Looker and building dashboards that keep Operations, Finance, and Data Science running smoothly.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in data analytics or BI, strong SQL and LookML, Python with Git, and a passion for AI/agentic reporting tools to enable self-serve insights and rapid

Qualifications

3–5 years contributing to data analytics or BI projects.
Proficient in SQL and Looker/LookML.
Experience with Python and version control (Git).
Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical partners.
Experience with AI/agentic reporting tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

Own and evolve Looker dashboards and models used by Operations, Finance, and Data Science.
Maintain data quality and provenance across the reporting layer.
Manage data pipelines between Snowflake and Looker.
Serve as primary Looker contact across the company.
Collaborate with Finance, Data Science, and business units on reporting needs.
