Starform is a ~25-person studio building bold, new multiplayer games. Our first title, Metalstorm — a 5v5 arcade air-combat game — shows the impact of analytics on live decisions, and we weave AI into workflows that make sense.

In this role you own UA and ROAS analysis, track the game economy, design experiments, run weekly metrics, and build AI-assisted analyses so decisions are clear and fast.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of quantitative analysis on a live product; free-to-play experience strongly preferred.
• Expert SQL.
• Real statistical judgment: experimental design, uncertainty, and selection effects.
• AI-fluent: use LLMs and agents daily in analysis work.
• Clear writing for non-technical audiences and strong decision recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Own UA and ROAS analysis; build cohort-level ROAS curves and payback decisions.
• Analyze the game economy: sinks, sources, conversion, and progression.
• Help design and read experiments (A/B tests) with clear recommendations.
• Run weekly top-line metrics and monthly retention deep-dives by geography and platform.
• Build AI-assisted analysis workflows to speed up judgment.
