Job summary

Aspen Dental seeks a Senior Analyst, Laboratory Optimization to drive laboratory efficiency and profitability across our branded practices. You will analyze data, build KPI dashboards, and deliver insights to support decisions for practice owners and lab stakeholders.

The role partners with Field Operations and Lab leadership to prioritize initiatives, provide regular reporting, and coach offices on performance, with 10–15% travel. Hybrid or remote work options apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience managing complex datasets and presenting to executive leadership.
• Detail oriented and able to balance multiple priorities.
• Experience coordinating across a matrix organization with strong problem-solving.
• Financial and analytical skills.
• Experience using AI to drive efficiency and analytics.
• Experience using PMO software such as Monday.com and Smartsheet.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle 10–15% domestic travel.
• Base pay range: $90,000–$105,000 annually.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data to drive improvement and produce KPI scorecards/dashboards.
• Assist teams in identifying, planning, and implementing continuous improvement projects with savings.
• Provide weekly, mid-month, and month-end reporting packages to key stakeholders.
• Provide lab data analysis and recommendations to lab stakeholders based on trends.
• Build partnerships with Lab stakeholders and Implementation team to drive initiatives.
• Collaborate with Lab leadership to share feedback and coaching at field level.
• Drive end-to-end continuous improvement to meet KPI goals.
• Provide strategic feedback and coaching to office teams on performance.
• Develop job aids, templates, and reporting decks to support field and lab execution.
