Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking a Senior Analyst, Laboratory Optimization to drive efficiency and profitability for our branded practices. You will leverage data analysis and best practices to help practice owners make informed decisions and support rapid growth across our network.

You will collaborate with Field Operations and Lab stakeholders to plan and execute optimization projects, with a focus on providing regular performance reporting and actionable insights to improve lab and practice outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred.
3–5 years managing complex datasets and presenting to executives.
Detail oriented and data-driven.
Experience working across matrix for execution with strong problem-solving.
Financial and analytical skills required.
Experience using AI to drive efficiency.
Experience using PMO software such as Monday.com and Smartsheet.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Up to 10–15% domestic travel required.

Responsibilities

Analyze data to drive improvements and KPI dashboards for stakeholders.
Identify, plan, and implement continuous improvement projects tied to strategic priorities.
Provide weekly, mid-month, and month-end reporting packages to key stakeholders.
Provide lab data analysis and recommendations to lab stakeholders based on trends.
Partner with Lab stakeholders and Implementation teams to drive prioritization.
Share feedback and coaching insights with Lab leadership at the field level.
Drive end-to-end continuous improvement to meet denture KPI goals.
Develop job aids and stakeholder-specific reporting decks to support field execution.
