Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking a Senior Analyst, Laboratory Optimization to drive laboratory efficiency and profitability across Aspen Dental branded practices, using data analysis and operational insights to support practice owners in making informed decisions and achieving growth goals.

The role partners with Field Operations and Laboratory stakeholders to advise on operational planning, develop KPI dashboards, and lead continuous improvement initiatives while aligning with strategic priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience managing complex datasets and presenting to executive leadership.
• Detail oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing across matrix for execution with focus on customer solutions.
• Financial and analytical skills required.
• Experience using AI to drive efficiency and analysis.
• Experience using PMO software such as Monday.com and Smartsheet.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to balance multiple high-priority initiatives.
• Experience with Microsoft Suite and Excel reporting decks.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data to drive improvement and produce KPI scorecards/dashboards.
• Assist teams in planning and implementing continuous improvement projects to save costs and improve processes.
• Provide weekly, mid-month, and month-end reporting packages to key stakeholders.
• Provide lab data analysis and recommendations to stakeholders based on trends.
• Collaborate with Lab stakeholders and Implementation teams to prioritize Lab initiatives.
• Share feedback and opportunities for coaching with Lab leadership.
• Drive end-to-end continuous improvement to meet denture KPI goals.
• Provide strategic feedback to office teams to boost initiative performance.
• Develop job aids, email templates, and reporting decks for field and lab teams.
